Biography

Hope Levins, LMSW is a Senior Program Manager with Tulane Violence Prevention Institute’s Center for Youth Equity. Prior to working with VPI, Hope worked within the field of gender-based violence for over a decade advocating for survivors in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Most recently, Hope worked at the New Orleans Health Department within the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault program, spearheading initiatives such as the New Orleans Domestic Abuse Fatality Review and serving as an expert on the Louisiana Domestic Abuse Fatality Review. Hope believes in work that centers the voices of those who have experienced harm and supports the empowerment of survivors.
