Training & Outreach

At VPI, we are committed to building the next generation of leaders in violence prevention and equipping communities with the tools to create safer, healthier futures. Our training and outreach activities connect students, educators, and community partners through hands-on experiences that strengthen knowledge, foster collaboration, and inspire action.

Panelists at a VPI event discuss mental health effects of mass casualty events on vulnerable populations.

Our programs include courses, workshops, writing support, leadership development, mentoring, and scholarship opportunities, reaching hundreds of participants each year.

Participants of the Organize and Mobilize program receive individual mentoring.
