Tulane’s Violence Prevention Institute received a $650,000 William T. Grant Foundation grant to expand a school-based restorative program in New Orleans that reduces youth gun violence and racial disparities in discipline, giving students tools to repair harm and rebuild trust instead of relying on exclusionary punishment.
